I defragged 5 times, and checked-all 5 times.
But still my launcher says: Patch 354 not 355
I crash everytime i open lucky spin and i dont even want to try the event coz most probably it will be bugged for me.
Do i RE INSTALL rose for the nth time?
Every week i have to reinstall rose just to get the NEW patch.
Sorry for posting it here but i really do need faster response and/or comments about this from other players as well.

Otherwise, it could be that your LSP driver is screwed and needs reinstalling.
With Admin rights, open up cmd and enter the following command... "netsh int ip install" without the quotes and press enter and restart your PC. Thats what i had to do to get it working again.

If you use a bigfoot gaming network card, I had the same issue with patching. I had to remove the software and use a normal network card for it to work.

This is a good suggestion. The issue isn't something localized with your PC or your connection (ISP) to us...more likely its as pointed out by Fusion.

After doing a little searching, I found this thread which may contain a relevant solution for people to try:
Run CMD as administrator
Type netsh winsock reset
Navigate to your C:\Program Files\Bigfoot Networks\Killer Network Manager folder (in cmd) and type killertool -lsp-map. Hit enter and reboot
