Why does rose have a new server?

Last i remember, there was only maybe 2k players in the whole game? Why would thye make a whole new one?

There are two reasons I can see this not working:
(1) People with more than 5 characters total on their account (aka: 3 on Leonus, and 4 on Draconis, or something like that). Which characters would live on after the merge? Would players be forced to pick favorites? And what happens to the items on those other characters? Would it automatically be transfered to the others, or simply deleted?
(2) Items. The economies of the two servers are way different. So...when two servers with a ton of different item and zulie economies are merged, how will that be handled? Draconis (if I'm right in my thinking) players would tend to be more poor then Leonis players, because of the amount of items and zulie per server when the merge happens.

Do what they did for Ragnarok, extra accounts and/or storage items got moved to a newly created account.

Oh...well, I guess that makes sense. But, hypothetically, what if someone already has the maximum number of accounts linked to their warpportal account? What then? Would they have to make a whole new warpportal account?
