So I see a lot of Mechs leveling with Axe Tornado doing 8-12k per. With the skill delay is it more DPS to spam HSCR? Regardless of zeny cost.

hscr is more dps then axe tornado with a full cart by far. Axe tornado is a mobbing skill thou, so its good for killing multiple enemies at once

HSRC has higher DPS if you're taking on single targets. Axe Tornado you can wipe mobs with which is far more efficient for exp/hr than crushing monsters using the weight of your cart.
Just in case you're wondering how high Axe Tornado damage can be, I do about 20-24k in Biolabs.
The trick to leveling with Axe Tornado is to use hammerfall inbetween and buff your attacks with Weapon Perfection since the size penalty still applies when you use axe tornado (since it requires an axe).

Ahh I see. thanks for the info Budd, very helpful. Mind telling me your gear setup for that damage? Does level affect AT at all as well?

gear setup is ether a high upgrade hurricane fury or a high upgrade double mali veterans axe ( this is if u maxed all the forging skills), +9 rideword hat, dr nyd or immune nyd, rest is up to you.

Cool, I got myself a Hurricane Fury.
Next question about Axe Tornado. Is it worth pumping Vit for the damage? Or is like mid to high vit enough for leveling?
Would I just put a Wind Endow to further increased damage too right?
ps I am LOVING the mechanic class. Don't know why it's one of the least played classes TBH. Great single target DPS and awesome AoE.

At biolabs, +9 2h KVM axe, +9 hurricane fury everywhere else, bryn or porcellio armor(when I'm too lazy to look for my bryn), rideword hat, pirate dagger+robo eyes or odins mask for Demi(hockey mask works too), bsb+shackles and medal of honor/sign.
Make use of weapon perfection to ensure 100% damage on all sizes.
100vit helps since it gives you another 100% dmg. Wind endow on all things that arent earth or holy.
