This skill has been neglected for so long and as of right now, it's only useful for its mobility. For a skill with a 60 second cooldown, the damage is extremely low. Skills such as sniping deal a lot more damage while having only a 9 second cooldown. I thought the new origins patch was supposed to make this move stronger, but I still see no changes to it. In addition, the skill description has the old damage values written still, while the actual skill still uses the weaker values. I don't mind having low damage on the skill, but a 60s cooldown for some mobility is rather high. Perhaps a 20-30 second cooldown would be more reasonable for the amount of damage that it deals. Either that, or keep the current cooldown and make it a high damage nuking skill.
Skills such as crosscut have double the damage ratios of this skill (2 hits) and have a less than 10 second cooldown, so I'm a bit confused on the reasoning behind the damage and cooldown of perfect strike.
