hello, i made my little brother an account today and he cannot login, we validated through email on this account should be working but when we login it says the account name is wrong

Did you actually create a Ragnarok account, or just a warpportal account?

I believe all newly created accounts are subject to a verification period of 3 days for fraud purposes.
