I'm sure this is a mistake, they were supposed to become tradable after the box event.
Maybe by putting in the Groove Packs they must have messed something up.

Its been reported, yes they are intended to be tradable and will be made so next maint.
If you have a situation like Wizard, you should submit a ticket and preferably the other party as well and reference each others ticket numbers.

I hoarded in 50 BFG in thinking that the prices will increase overtime. Apparently this was a bad investment.
