For changing the characters display name in-game

1 Character 1300 WP
2 ~ 3 Characters 2300 WP
4 ~ 5 Characters 3200 WP
6 ~ 7 Characters 4100 WP
8 ~ 9 Characters 5000 WP

For changing the gender of the characters on an account All Characters 2000 WP

Power Up > Choose Account > Value Added Service > Choose an Option > Terms of Agreement > Look under Fee's

Hmmm, wonder why those services are so much more expensive than a character transfer. Isn't a character transfer much more work?

Maybe so, but I thought that (plus the possibility of a free name change) was to help accommodate the mass of players returning with the whole F2P thing, so that a returning player would be able to both use their old characters and play their server of choice.

Apparently, that's not how it's mostly used. Many people especially in Yggdrasil server use the transfer service to control the market and transfer gears so they can make more money for themselves. Thus the prices are almost getting absurd like Valk.

Maybe it's because if you name and gender change, you can be someone completly else. For example... you could go on and ask someone to borrow you stuff, than name and genderchange and the person might never find you again.
These kind of scams may take more effort and work from the support team. At least, these were the reasons for the euRO GM-Team not to allow namechange - hell, even genderchange wasn't allowed for a long time.
