Reminds me when back in the day the percentage to get to (7) was 10% and (8) at 5%.
Getting it at that % used to make my day when it was a success.

It seems you failed on your samurai armour. Check your inventory. There were 5 saturunes at refining to 13, than refining to 12 there were 3 saturunes. Which means you failed couple of times in between.

Or the pictures have to be switched or you did something else in between. I guess you also fail alot.

belive it or not theres bug on reff system, when that mommt come u can reff straight from 0 to 15, try it ull will know itand its a good business, u can get rich real fast from that bussines
