hey guys, can anybody explain to me what do the (m-speed) on boots do? because when I tried to check it with several different boots, I find that some boots really increase our m-speed, like [movement speed 40] really increase my m-speed, but some other boots do nothing to my m-speed, and I have even find a boot that reduce my m-speed while it didn't show any (-)m-speed.
Am I the stupid one here, or there is really something wrong?

There's two parts to the shoes
Base speed of the shoe
Bonus stat/substat
Depending on the base it may go up or down.

ah, come on, why u didn't get what I mean...
I know about the base stat, and additional stat...
the problem for me is, the base stat sometimes didn't affect our m-speed at all...
and in certain boots, ex: base stat = (36 m-speed), it reduce my m-speed instead adding it, and for u to know, there are no additional stat on that boot, so, this is stupid....

[Movement Speed 20] Stat on the shoes is effectively +/-0 movement speed.
There are only a limited number of shoes that give that base stat though.
Raider shoes are [Movement Speed 45] which is pretty much +125 Movement Speed.
Where a possibility is where you could be using high movement base shoes without movement speed to lower movement base speed with movement speed substat.
Only things for example that could reduce is it say you for example you were wearing:
[Movement Speed 50] = +150 Movement Speed and switched for say [Movement Speed 35] +50 Mspd Stat = +125 Movement Speed.
