The description of The Sign doesn't show any +5% Atk/Matk at all, is it suppose to be that way? I can't really tell any difference in my damage though.

I just recently completed The Sign quest and received The Sign, an accessory.
The description of The Sign doesn't show any +5% Atk/Matk at all, is it suppose to be that way? I can't really tell any difference in my damage though.

It never has shown that, but it does work. Note that the "+5% atk" is like a "+5% damage vs everything" effect, and as such only effect weapon attack. Neither the +% atk (because it's a +% damage effect) nor the +% matk effects show up in the status window.
