new guild has poped out from no where on iRo - Valk, called "Radiate" The guild master and it's members have xfered from a previous server to iRo to better play a lower rating server, The guild radiate has expericane in WoE and MvPing. At this present time we are not holding any of our old Tests or Requirments up and lowering them until our guild grows abit more.
Requirments are as follow:
1. Tranz Class i.e " Ranger, Royal Guard ect"
2. Base level 100+
3. Real Age 16+
4. Correct Gear for class, At least 4 items 4+ or higher.
5. Experience in either Pvp, Mvp or WoE, ET.
6. Ability to be active and social, "That goes for WoE and or ET"
7. Able to meet with our WoE, MvP, PvP, Guild Event Times.
8. No prevoius bad reputations.
9. Generaly likeable, No causing trouble in guild.
10. All slotted Gear, Properly carded. Unless approved by GM.
11. Able to handle a 1 month trial period before becoming a full member. " Any rule breaking or trouble causing will result in a instant kick of any Trial member"
12. Class leader, Thinks you have skills related to the class you are wishing to join with or at least a spark that they can see and willing to train you.

So who is radiate? And what makes them different from the other guilds?
Good question one we are proud to answer, Radiate was a former large family in another private server, we as a guild and as a family controlled many of the castles, and experienced in Woe tactics. We aim to make our guild the best there is whilst having as much fun as possible, Not only do we focus on Woe we also hold PvP events, MvPing, Questing, Item Creating and gathering and general screwing around.
We aim to help each other out in the guild as one big tight family or a private society, each person having a job to do and each job as valued as the last. All working together to keep the guild running, levelling, gearing, and general supplies for PvP, Woe, MvPing.
All together we have a constant 20-23 active members at any given time with 25 members all up. Our guilds level is 10.
What are our main goals?
� Becoming the best there is and holding that title
� Becoming a close family within the guild
� Having fun
� Rated, Ranked and Reputation
� The largest active, social working guild in server
Now that may be a tough call and many people shun the idea of the work load or typically don�t believe a new guild could rise to the occasion. We can and we will, that is what we hold to believe every day and work for.
What are some of those typical guild jobs you mentioned earlier?
� Farming resources for Potions, Edp, Box�s, Card
� Leveling groups �Higher levels helping out lower levels, typically falls to priests and tanks�
� Recruiting
� PvP and WoE Training
� MvP Scouting.
And much more, so no one is left doing nothing at the end of the day, it may look like a lot but we do not expect everyone to work 24/7 only occasionally until we get into a rhythm of doing such a thing.
Sounds like a lot of work? What you guys against fun?
No, infact we implore our guildies to make as much fun of any situation they can as long as what we have asked them to do gets done at the end of the day, we also have fun moments and events that may hold prizes. Such events are for example �Hide and seek, PvP Events, Trvia� And so forth.
What rewards or benefits do I get out from joining this guild?
Well typically if you are looking for benefits and rewards from joining a guild such as our�s we often would suggest you look else where. But for those few who do join our rankings gain Friendship and a welcoming family, Fun times, People who always have your back. We also like to shine the light on people who step outside the box for instance we have a Best Woe Player of the day Awards, for those who shine in Woe and do that extra something.

Indeed we are asking a lot, and we give back a lot more all we ask is for faith and trust. Taking that first step could be the best thing you could have ever done, when we say we are going to do something, we typically do it loud and proud. Most people arch a brow when they look upon us trying to understand what exactly is happening.
But the only way one would understand such a thing is to join our ranks and experience it first hand.
