i have a problem regarding sending virtual gift card to my friend. First of all, i already made a WPE purchase for 1k WPE. It doesn't give me any problem at all. in my account it state WP energy balance : 1000WP. i don't want to convert it into kafra point, but i decide to give it to my friend. So, the solution is go to
https://www.warpport...energyshop.aspx and send it. i put my name, receiver's name and also my friend's email, and choose card amount 1000WP, then i click to BUY now. My problem start when after i clicked the Buy, it shows Notice....

i don't know what is that mean. then i check balance still same 1000wp and me and my friend doesn't receive any email. if its success,it will do some loading progress and we will get the email but there is no loading after clicking the BUY after all. so, i decide to figure out what does the notice meaning and still i can't find any clue... could someone help me......or anyhow know how to give virtual gift card to my beloved friend?

It sounds like they think you don't have enough transaction history. I'm not sure what the threshold is. Quite possible that what they mean there is that you havn't converted WPE to KP (or points in other WP games). Or maybe you need to have used CC and you used some other payment mechanism, or something like that.

You can contact support by creating a ticket (support.warpportal.com), and they'll be able to fix your account (if you're receiving it in error) and/or let you know what the requirements are for sending WP virtual gift cards.

Be aware that gravity has in the past been targeted by large-scale CC fraud, and has been forced to take measures like this, and the 24 hour first time purchase delay as a result.

In this Gravity Interactive Inc. the Warp Portal games, i only have one and only master game account and one and only game account which is Ragnarok. Before this i already made a transaction from Boku(pay by mobile) > WPE > kafra point. and the latest also i already made a transaction from Boku > WPE and i try to send to my friend as virtual gift card. Do u mean my transaction is not enough or to send the virtual gift card need a certain requirements? i try to send a new ticket at technical support like u said but to where i'm gonna check the massage where they will gonna reply my 'ticket'? Are they gonna send to my email or like this forum, direct reply? i never send a ticket before so i don't know. can u teach me a little bit?
