ok I just started tonight,but when I log in the game it says my account name doesn't exist,I don't understand and I really want to play,please help,please and thank you

It might seem silly but did you make a Dragon Saga account? you can't just login using your warpportal details

Does a message pop that says "Please Check Your ID"? If it does that usually means either you Login ID for the game or your password was put in wrong.

hmmm dragon saga is the name of this game o.o + u need to make a dragon saga account with ur warpportal account so that u can play (log into website and create game account after ur logged in)

uh-oh I think I realized the problem,you see I want to play rose online,but what I didn't realize til now I'm in the wrong commuity I should be embarrested right now I'm pretty new here still,it's weird I didn't realize I was in the wrong place :/ it was late so I kinda blame that I was tired and had a headache I'm very sorry to the confusion o.o

LOL welcome to the ROSE forums. What seems to be the problem? Can you see your account via the Warp Portal account page?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Could you do me a favor and double check the spelling of the rose account you have bound to your warp portal ID and try logging in again? You can double-double check that it is a rose account because it will have a blue square with an R in it. Also make sure you are putting the information in exactly the same as it is case-sensitive, 1 game account is not all Warp Portal games-inclusive, you have to make an individual account for each game. :3

If the problem persists please post again so I can direct you to the right person.

I registered game account thing,now I'm able to log in and play thank you for the help! ^^
