Nothing on the game irritates me more than having to walk through the "Sea of SPAM" that Prontera has become. This in itself is predominately websites advertising the sale of zeny which in turn is taking money away from the makers... It also happens to be the one thing that the makers do not sell. I been tossing this up in my head for a while on how to resolve the Spam Problem on RO (which is not just in Prontera by the way). I can remember a time in RO when DB was allowed in town. We had a lot of fun breaking branches and killing off many of poor merchants in town just trying to make an honest living selling what they could for zeny. (which is why it is not allowed anymore sadly) I had been thinking it would be so nice to be able to DB those frustrating spam bots and keep running them out of town. But this is kind of only a temporary solution to a bigger problem. (no matter how fun it would be) It bugs me that everywhere in RO they say do not buy zeny. Yet when you walk into any town you see someone advertizing the sale there of. What are they doing to prevent this??? From my stand point absolutely nothing... (*sad face*) maybe they just need the right suggestion. Maybe they need some sort of incentive. So finaly my thoughts came to this... People are buying zeny... if not why would so many people be advertising it... so what if you could buy zeny from a reputable source one you could trust??? Someone like your local Kafra Lady!!! Set a reasonable price for zeny for different amounts of KP and see how much the makers of this game can expand their income and cut out the competition all at the same time... Well that was my idea I would like to hear some input on what others think and if you think that this would solve the issue at hand. Thanks for taking time to read this and Happy Gaming!!!
