My Super Novice is 99/99 and I've started a quest to can reach level 150/50 but the quest says I must talk wiyh Nodor's brother at airship, but I cannot find it there! I've walked all over the airship but I haven't found the NPC.
Is it a bug? This function stills not working yet? Am I doing something wrong?

I've returned to Fishing Novice, talked to him again, but no NPC in the air ship... Has someone any idea?

What ship are you on? There are 2 ships. One is domestic and the other is international.
You can catch the domestic airship from Juno.
