looking for an elementalist who can SS every skill description for Elementalist skills.

I basically need SP, Levels, Weapon Power because otherwise I'd need to level a Summoner to 40 and that'll take another few weeks.

the prereq for nature's blessing is Cry of Life Lvl.1
And the prereq for impact unsummon is Regain Lvl.1
