I do know that they run during loading times and such, and that's pretty damn annoying. =/

I had BM x3 running during a Cursed Monastery TI and we got wtfpwnz0rd by Beelz. It had 25 minutes left when I logged off to another character to save some manual time. When my friends told me they have regroup and I came back to only find 16 minutes left. I wasn't able to finish my TI on time unfortunately.

Yeah i sent in about 5 different tickets with screenies that show that my bm were still being used while i logged off. I even had one where i switched characters for 5 secs and then switched back to my character with my BM running i went from 27 to 19 mins in a matter of 2 mins???? yeah and all they said was that the items used run even when your not logged on.......one of the many reasons why ive slowly stopped playing this game. Even if your logged on and on a different character they still run too so your pretty much SOL on that....and you wont get your items recovered ive already tried.

Heh, that's weird, I can honestly say I've never seen that before. The other day I popped a HE BM and Job manual on my AB, and logged off after turning in.

Last night I was on my genetic (same account) for hours and when I finally did switch over to my AB the BMs were both still there.

Sounds like your accounts are fuxxed up.

Ive had this happen to a somewhat lesser extent.
I had 60s left on the 3xBM and go through a warp (rushing to talk to the npc) and when I made it through the warp it said I had 10s left (and the warp took me just a few sec to go through). I figure that the time that was shown on my screen was wrong and the server updated that number when I went through the warp. Same thing happens with ASPD potions sometimes. I can see and feel that I lost my aspd bonus, but the status window and the icon say they are still going (usually they are off by around 30s). I will note this does not happen very often.

When you alt F4 out your character information is still loaded into memory which could be continuing the count down.

I went to character select screen to choose another character to wait for my team to regroup.
