Is this lower headgear completely useless now? Or is the 15% resist against Silence and 1% chance to reflect magic still implemented?

I don't know what the person is saying above me! It gives NO EXTRA EXP. You hear that GMs? The mask is currently WORKING AS INTENDED and does NOT need to be looked into.

speaking of which, I didn't get to complete the quest because of the glitch, so I missed out on getting this headgear. grr.

The quest is still around if you want to get the headgear and I thought they fixed the glitches.
