What would happen if I were to talk to a different job guild?

Example Novice>regular 1st job>pick between 2-1 or 2-2 that your first job can select> take that 2-1 or 2-2 to 99/50>rebirth and become High Novice> go back to 1st job change area and become High first job> High job has reached job 40 or 50> Book of Ymir select transcendent job.

You would get the generic dialog you get when you are not a novice, since, well... you are not a novice ^^,.
