So I just came back after a few months of being away from this game and the first thing I noticed were the new skills. Anyway, were we supposed to get skill resets as part of an earlier patch or something? If not how are we supposed to go for the new skills early in the tree?

I'd appreciate it if I could get an answer. I just hope I don't need to buy IM to reset them cause that would be major dumb.

All characters level 20+ got a reskill following the New Origins patch, AFAIK. I think that maybe they were only sent to people that were active for a certain period of time before that patch, if you didn't get it. If that's not the case, then double check your inventory, if that hasn't been already done.
