On irowiki says with enrich elunium:
Armor = Safe till +4
60% to +5
40% to +6
40% to +7
20% to +8
20% to +9
10% to +10
+5 to +10 using Enrich, dont have improvement over normal Oridecon or Elunium
Is this true or the irowiki needs an update???
I need to know if i use enrich the +5~60% will go up to maybe...lets say 70%???

In the past ENRICHED would get you from +4 to +5 90% of the time - and many people will attest to this especially the heavy upgraders. If you try doing +4 to +5 now with enriched you'd be surprised how many breaks you would run into.
Another experience I've had recently are the upgrade coupons - I had 9 straight failures going +4 to +5.
I guess my point is, I really do not think those rates are accurate anymore. They used to be when the first mighty hammer upgrade came out (+4 up), and then the week after things suddenly changed. I would still use these as guides by my experience tells me the rates are a bit lower.

its called statistics buddy, just because you have a streak of bad luck does not means these rates are wrong, from my experience enriching from +4 to +5 does yield around 90% chance success.
This. Bad luck =/= bad upgrade rates.
Besides, why are you guys using Enriched when there's so many Upgrade certificates to pass around? Yeah, they might be expensive, but if you're doing +6 or +7 on a very important gear, it's really worth it.

Upgrade certs just came to existence recently and won't always be around. For cheaper items or more commonly accessible goods the enriched ores are far more economical.
quite the opposite, upgrade certs are here to stay (much like slot coupons).
@Pandapoop upgrade rates havent changed at all. Regular ori/elu still does the same thing at the same rates it did 6 years ago before the kafra shop was introduced. Enriched still has the same rates as when it was introduced. Yes you can break 3 valk shields in a row going from +4 to +5. Want to know something? thats as common as a card dropping, and we certainly have those.
Aside from the intial launch of F2P on Valkryie server, and a time long LONG ago (back when MVP's didnt have skills) upgrade rates have not been modified.
Theres a balancing point where its better to go from regular->enriched->coupon->HD. Its just I think that balance is too close to the cheaper end of the item spread.

It's not really the opposite if you think about it. Upgrade certs like slot coupons are limited availability for events. While they will continue to exist in game, they're not going to be permanently available like enriched oris. Once they're used up, we'll have to wait until the next time Gravity issues them in another lucky box/groove box event.

Lol if that's the case i'm gonna try to go for +9 -> +10 whenever I feel like doing +4 -> +5... maybe i'll get rich lol.
But seriously I have a feeling they lowered it to maybe 75%or 80% or something...
I begin to wonder about mighty hammer though and the whole break stuff down to +3...
