when a cause is not found it means it is made by human hands, some1 in the server building is unpluging the cables?!?!

Unfortunately, a cause for the disconnections has not been found. We are trying to bring the server back up as soon as possible.

For the love of god, please find the cause of the disconnections before putting the server back up again

I believe that it would be easier to monitor if they kept bringing the servers back up regardless of it crashing.

Checked the janitor and made sure he wasn't stepping on Leonis cables while cleaning?

omfg are u serious. Put the servers up and keep them up. If you cant find the reason for the dc's then take the servers down for an hour-2 hours and fix it cus its better than dcing every 5minutes and waiting another 20 for the game to come up again.

The crash logs that are generated with the server downs allow us to see what happened. We have staff looking into the issue as we speak. If we do decide to keep the servers down for any length of time, we will let you know.

lol, once i was in the game...my character was put in a part of the map straight in a tree, i can't get out hahaha
