I'm sure most the GM's know the name (maybe RO too lol). You'll probably just get a generic response.

Honestly, I'd say that's unrelated to the real issue. You could include it, but I don't really see how it would make much difference. It might honestly make it seem like you're taking a personal interest in seeing someone get banned (which is discouraged by the GM team).

As said, the GMs already can see the WarpPortal account ID belonging to the account in question.

I included it, thought it was necessary. I just did some personal investigating on furoms market place. Quite obvious who's botting according to what they sell and what items they're buying. After that u can just fill in the blanks on where the bots are located. Not a personal attack. I just think that it's unfair that i get my money through ET(once a week) while they bot theirs.

They won't ban based on someone's vend. For all you know, they could be buying and reselling stuff.

People who buy and sell and play the market often have 30k of items. like straws, witched star sand, other stuff. have you ever heard of hoarding? Like what is happening with He battle manual these days?. its price has gone up to 5mil. There are people who actually play the market system well. just cos you don't know how to trade and make zeny you cant wail on other peoples vend. It is a different issue if they are using 3rd party applications to which you have decent proof.

GM's won't tell you that someone got banned or anything. You just report and that's it.

GM's do indeed ban certain vendors that are obviously botting though, as well as accounts that have connections to it are given investigations. I remember there was once an entire guild that botted the Beef Head's map in GH. After a few reports as well as noting the shop selling said Beef Heads in high numbers, it was enough to get almost the entire guild banned. I don't see how a "Buy low sell high" has anything to do with a genetic brewing ingredient that drops at less than 1% being sold at 700 at a time being legit at all. That and certain vendors immediately set up shop exactly the moment they relog after DC'ing. You can also tell certain vendors are botting if they use skills while vending. It's also not considered a "Buy low sell high" situation if they're selling items at a lower than average price compared to everyone else.
