I was just wondering how the resets work. Can you still reset once you're transcendent or 3rd class? Seems a bit too easy if you can still reset.

I haven't used my first free reset yet but how many reset stones do you need after that?

You can reset your stats after you've used up your freebie using the stones, but how many you need will depend on your level.
1-40: 1 stone
41-70: 2 stones
71-90: 3 stones
91-110: 4 stones
111-125: 5 stones
126-140: 6 stones
141-150: 7 stones

For resetting skills, you'd need a neuralizer.
