i was reading online i am having the same problem as this guy ::

So I built myself a new rig, loaded up windows 7, got everything working out ok, and then installed RO. I found that it actually ran worse than my old machine. The framerate was fine, but my character would literally jump while moving as if I was position bugged. It's hard to explain, so I made a movie on my old computer and new computer to compare:

http://ro.doddlercon...mp4&w=720&h=480

I've heard some other people may have a similar issue with windows 7 machines, but others don't. It's definitely not framerate as it's steady 60 (or 30 when frapsing), and it's connected directly to the same switch that the old PC is, and it shouldn't be network as I have no problems playing other online games or doing large transfers (2Mb/s from steam, 50Mb/s+ over network). I performed the steps to disable nagling (TCP delay thread) without any change in performance.

any solutions please help out !!!

My computer is an I7 960 with a 460 GTX and 6 gig rams

You went through a lot of work to make that video. I am not exactly sure why your new computer is doing that, but my best guess is that it's not the operating system that's causing the problem. It could be that your new computer has a crappy video card compared to your old computer. I would recommend upgrading the video driver for your video card. Update your directx to the latest supported version.

Let us know how it goes.

Lowerping would solve it because they enable TCP Ack Frequency by default.
You'll have to pay for that though.
