Item Mall

• Nepturune is now available in the Item Mall for 100 points!
  This rune prevents equipment from breaking and reduces degrading by 1 during a refine attempt. Also provides a 5% increase to the chance of success during refine attempts.

Refine Event

• Refining to grade 14 & 15 will now degrade by 2 and by 1 with a Plutorune or Nepturune for the duration of the event period.
• Added 5% to all refining attempts, for the duration of the event period. (Maximum success rate is 100%)

Item changes

• All Beta Mach's available through the Box of Beta Mach's had all trade restrictions removed.

Bug Fixes

• Bug fix for random disconnects when moving between maps.
• Corrected some recent stability issues that were the result of a found exploit.

@littlekami - The Refine Event will be for one week.

@noXname - The Nepturune is Trade-able, just like the Plutorune. So to directly answer your question, Neither.

1) why u do this? hardly NOONE will buy this neptun crap, but ur making the community angry...!

3) when do we get the wings for the purchases yesterday? and is it one per wp accpunt or one per game account?

I lost my words after reading a patch note. Basically, it is another week of inactivity for DEV team. They might as well take a 7 days tour ship while they are still at it.

and won't break this week?

Hope not because I had a few items break going to 15 w/o Pluto (They did not degrade by 2). However it is the same with degrading by one using Pluto or Nep.
