TRose.exe issue

Hi, I have been searching the forums but haven't been able to find a solution. Today I haven't been able to neither open Rose through RoseOnline.exe or through the Genpatcher, it shows the following error: http://imageshack.us.../685/trose.png/

I am driving it in Windows XP 3 compability mode and as an Administrator. I have tried to delete the TRose.exe to let the Client redownload it, but that doesn't seem to work either.

Would be grateful if someone could help me out.

When you try and run an application with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 in Windows XP, the following error will occur.
If you still have this problem try and use the Microsoft Hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884538 .
And try updating your Windows Service Pack.
