Stuff used for consumables (ie. Karvos, herbs, Witch Star Sand, etc).

Stuff used for food items, elus,ordi, gears like Orleans and other mid end gears and getting into ET runs

If you are feeling lucky you could try for some of the higher value cards (depending on your server for value)
On ygg I know AK's and alice cards go for 60-100mil each.
