Can't enter into the game

All said and done I finally got the game installed CORRECTLY, with gateway and everything.. It opens up just fine and I can log into my dragon saga account just fine. But when it gets to the charater selection screen none of my characters are able to go ingame =_=
if it helps any: I've had this account since dragonica first came out in closed beta (when THQice first released it) which means every character in my account has been made on or close to that date. And for anyone else asking, yes I did transfer over my account and everything.
help peas?

Second, what do you mean when you say your characters can't get into the game? Does the game crash? If so, is there an error message? When does it occur? In other words, what exactly is the issue at hand?

And ok.. in order: I log into my account, choose the server, channel, and it goes into character selection just fine because all my characters are there.. but if i click on any character and then click the "begin" button, nothing happens.. It just stays there without doing anything, it doesnt freeze, crash, nothing. I tried double clicking one character and nothing, relogging ¬hing. im out of options
Edit: Im currently in the character selection screen and I see four "blank" characters right behind my main ones, these blanks have locks on them.. does it mean anything?

Odd that the game won't let you start but it doesn't crash, either. Try sending a ticket to the support team. I'd offer more suggestions but I've never heard of such an issue before and I'm not sure what's going on, exactly. It may be an account-specific issue.

I am having the same issue, I do have 5 characters as well, but I am not going to delete one of them just so I can play. I don't know which items I have on them anymore and I don't want to lose any of the time I spent playing on them either.
Contact the support team via a ticket and explain your problem. They might be able to provide an alternative, such as transferring the extra character to a new account or something so you don't have to delete it.
