Which card i should use in a +7 or higher Elven bow? Having main skill to level Arrow Storm?
Oh yeah and having in account pos balance in account[through should be the same pre XD]

Archer Skeleton Card. If you want something fancy, Cecil Damon is a good option too.

depends. if ur goin for a luk build then drosera; archer skel works too, but if u want more damage get more "HIT+" phreeoni works best.
cecil damon is bad - it only increases your aspd not the skill's after-delay.

End-game Bow rangers do not use Double Strafe at all so Cecil Damon not affecting after skill delay does not matter. They pump lots of Agi and ASPD gear/food/buffs/items and buff IC+Falcon Eyes+WW+Fear Breeze and Auto Attack/Warg Strike till things die.
