Dear people who are too cheap to buy gwings for themselves to expedite the leveling/TI process:

Please let those of us who shelled out drive in peace. I don't need to be thanked. Just be a quiet benefactor.
It's appalling how spoiled and rude some people are. You only get to control the rate/frequency of gwinging when YOU pay. And most gwingers, believe it or not, are reasonable enough to know when to wing and can see when it's empty, there's another group, and/or a dead end.
Demanding a wing every 2 seconds because you don't want to walk a bit is just plain annoying.
And for those people who wander away from the group in Scarab2 by themselves then demand wings? Learn to follow or take care of yourself and walk back. You're approaching 150 for crying out loud, and it's only the easiest map ever.

That is all.

Bleh, yes. During juperos turn ins I became party leader because I was the one with gwings. The previous leader kept telling me when to wing, even when there were a few mobs around.

Seriously, it won't kill anyone to walk a little bit to gather the mobs. I made a comment that gwings cost money, and they offered to pay with with zeny. However, I don't buy wp with zeny. I buy wp with my money or I do those survey things to earn enough points to buy a few boxes of the 30 gwings. Because of that, I don't have 500 gwings on me. I might only have 150-200 and I don't want to spend them all in one turn in, unless I'm getting very good exp.

If I'm spending my money to make my life easier (and the party benefits from that) then I will gwing when I want. If there are mobs close by, then we are walking! Gwing to find mobs, and then walk around the area to kill them all. Rinse and repeat.

Sometimes I will even be nice and give some gwings to the new party leader if I leave before the party ends.

Now, if someone is going to send me WP then I will gwing as often as they want.

I'd like to add to not be an asshat with your GWings. Having a GWinging party does not give you the right to steal other people's kills.

Its about time someone says something. I've kicked people out of my party demanding me to wing even AB's. Now I see why some people don't like being the leader of a party because the first thing someone asks is "GWING"? And when no one has it they leave.

I feel you. I also love it when the person who organizes the party asks if anyone has gwings and everybody is silent. Then I step up and volunteer to take lead since sometimes, I may have 20~50 gwings on me. Then everyone complains that I'm not winging. Or some one with wings finally steps up halfway through and is like "You could have given the party to me. I have wings."

Makes me facepalm so haaaaaaard.

I do, because if people use gwings in a certain [high] speed, I disconnect [/sob bad internet]

Scarab [With the higher spawn] is a cool map for camping, instead of gwings. All the parties I made on scarab were camping parties. Wings were used only to save members [AB/Warlock/Wanderer] or when another party is there [Or accident, because I am used to type on the dark, so I make lots of mistakes~]. Otherwise we walk to the spot we want to go.

^I dc too when they spam gwing so hard you haven't even finished loading and they already winged again. It's like people, you know you can't rely on winging into a huge mob? Try making it and not pissing away your hard-earned pennies/zenies quite so fast.

lololol people actually btch about how fast you gwing?

Yes, frequently and consistently. They demand gwings for any multitude of reasons and rage when you don't instantly comply because you happen to be killing a mob or you'd like to actually gather some nearby mobs. I'm not that bad when it comes to being stingy with wings but seriously people just do NOT want to walk at ALL! Or if you wing when they don't want you to: OMG THERE WAS A HUGE MOB THERE R U BLIND?! Chillax, there'll be more mobs just like it.

The WORST is when the party consistently separates and expects you to gwing them back together. No, just no. We don't need 4 mobbers, and it doesn't help when the RKs run ahead and kill everything on their own, get healed, rinse and repeat.

About the KSing, it happens to the best of us but people just don't seem to realize that you should wait until everything loads (health bars, other characters, etc.) before going all trigger happy to avoid the confusion. Most of the time they don't even do a /sry. It's gotten to the point that I don't even bother getting mad anymore, I just wing and move on.

But that does solve your problem, doesn't it.

I'm not against using gwings, but being too trigger-happy with them is irritating. Many people don't seem to realize that they could be gwinging away from a juicy mob just half a screen away from where they think is empty. Unless you winged right into another party, it wouldn't hurt to walk around a little bit before gwinging again.

As far as I'm concerned, gwings are a luxury - an added bonus if the party leader has them - but not an absolute necessity. I have no qualms if the party leader wants to gwing to another spot on the map if the area we're in is empty, or if party members get separated and need fast re-grouping, but constant gwinging lags my RO so badly (doesn't help I have crappy UK internet too I'm sure ~_~ ), so while I'm not against gwings, it irks me when the party leader use gwings like there's no tomorrow.

But that's just me, I'm one of those players who is perfectly fine with good-old-fashioned walking around and looking for mobs. It might take a bit longer but at least it won't lag my RO like crazy or, in extreme cases, cause it to stop responding altogether for a good twenty/thirty seconds at a time.
