First of all, hello. I've been one of those on and off Ragnarok players for a good while now, but I've recently picked the game again and started a character on Valkyrie. Got myself to level 75 in a few days of casual playing due to work and other stuff, and I want to invest on a VIP account. However! I'd like to ask the userbase about how's Ymir nowadays? Does it get a relevant influx of new players or will I find it hard to party with lower level people while I'm just starting out? And is the bot situation mostly in check in Ymir? Arguably, the farming ones are very annoying, but the spammers in Prontera/Payon really piss me off to a whole different level, and they are easily one of the reasons why I'm considering jumping to Ymir.

Other than that, am I correct in assuming that for making money and getting myself started, Ymir will present better opportunities for selling consumables/ingredients for catalysts such as bottles and stuff? The prices on Valkyrie have gotten so low that I haven't even bothered with it, so I just hunt for something rare and try to sell that instead. And also, with the advent of Renewal, which would be a good class to start off? Mage classes and Aco ones are a no-go, because I could never fare well with any of them, and Merchants seem to be very expensive, so I'll probably hold off on making one for myself for a while. I particularly like the Knight, Assassin/Rogue and Hunter classes, so basically, stuff that can kill is what I'm going after. I don't mind having to Ctrl-Click, even more so if that saves me on pots and consumables to keep up without having to rest or teleporting back and forth for heals.

I'm not sure as to how many NEW players it gets but I will say that there are significantly less bots on Ymir. If you're referring to empty bottles, those are buyable from an NPC now. If its like bottle grenades or acid bottles, that would work since big guilds do invest in supplies to make those. Most big guilds have their own pure potter who is usually ranked as well. As for what class, since Aco and Mage classes are off the table I can't help you there. That will be up to you in the end. Meh I don't think I was of much help xD

Regarding New Players...
I know I go out on a limb, but I say there will be new players steadily, that may come over from fRO to iRO. Most of them will prefer Ymir.
Simply because Gravity Europe makes a horrible Job. I'm still in contact with a lot german players that played euRO and transfered to fRO. More and more they get angry at fRO and they're slowly starting to newstart on iRO.
Some may not stay, but some do. It's not very noticable though for many other players, I guess
