Can't tell you much other than apparently it only works on some maps.

very good skill in woe that slow the enemie moves, they need a more tactical work team to get in to the emp room (OMG THATS SOOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID XD) its almost totally usless skill becouse they are skills that shouldnt be allowed in woe : SNAP, BACKSLIDE, FRONT SLIDE, FLYNG KICK even in pvp a rune kinght will murder you by spaming charge atack XD wich deals like 1k per hit(almost the same damage of any psychic wave in woe) it works only for PVP/WOE purposes, becouse each 1 of 24 maps cant be used(idk why.... i asked in renewal feedback at least WHY? but no anwers) it have fixed cast time(that means that any genetic/sura will kill you before you finished your cast time, becouse they dont have fixed cast times or aftercast delays XD)

Using it in a precast is a must though. Unless the opposition has a Sura/Chaser/GX, invaders are going to have a tougher time trying to get deeper into an Emp room if there's a precast to stop them in their tracks upon entering the room. Extreme Vacuum's effect triggers when someone stops within its AoE, including skills that momentarily flinch a person if they get hit with them. Best used for precasts, because people are supposed to get hit with AoE's upon entering an Emp room. ME will stop it though, as well as Ganb and Earth Drive.

EV cast time is pretty fast. With buffs and Sacrement, there's pretty much no cast time.
