Could be that they're working on it. Try refreshing in once every few hours or so. They have no reason to IP block anyone since IPs can easily be changed.
I've been trying since i played rose online. Every website looks fine to me, except for that website. Its will always keep loading till it turn out to be a timeout page. Izzit got to do with windows 7?

It's also a much better browser than IE or firefox, overall. Only thing i don't like about it is that you can't right-click to find-in-page. It's also a lot safer in terms of security risks.

Is your ROSE/gravity game account listed in your account management page? You must register your in game account to your warpportal account before attempting to power it up with money.

Both of you are connecting from overseas, and there maybe something to do with that, but not sure what it could be.
What I would suggest is to change the Security settings for your browser, set it to its Default settings or to Medium. Also in the Advanced tab for IE, set the default settings. Disable any add-ons you might have installed in the browser, restart the browser and try again.
