* For every 10 job levels:
o Atk +1
o Hit +1
o Crit +1
autocast skills cards dont stack.

Which then will become useless.
Haven't had Ifrits back then but still its cool when you shake like an orc lord.

Altough I appreciate the inputs, I would like to hear from someone that has used the card in game, or a member of GM dev team

I remember testing it on sak - during the initial renewal testing push, I think. The earthquake proc is uselessly low, as always. The EQ Autocast effect doesn't stack if you have two - it's an autocast effect.
Yes, bonus is per 10 job levels.
And, asking for GMs answers? Have you looked at the historical accuracy of the GMs statements with regard to game mechanics?! Their track record is pretty poor... I don't consider the GMs any more of an authority on game mechanics than a moderately experienced player.

@Everyone: Thanks for your replies. Its been unanimous, proc rate is ridiculously low.
@Azzy: I'm not sure who you have been talking to but everytime I've asked Heim/Corvus/Oda anything they have replied with accurate answers(they talk to the Dev team before they do), if they dont know they just say they dont know. Its not like old days where the GMs had no idea about how the game works. They have a dev team like 10 feet from them, and they do reply with pretty accurate answers.
