You need to report that to support: https://support.warpportal.com/
Posting it on here doesn't guarantee it will be seen or even marked down to look at, thats what the support tool is for.
Support doesn't really give a damn about your stuff specially when your not paying for it..

Merry Badgers options there is in ADDITION to what was there last week. And 1 merit badge gets you that entire list of stuff.
Regarding matk formula changes in the future.. I don't know what it may change to at this time.
Bugs with losing enchanted armors? We need to look at your reports to figure out where they disappeared/dropped.
We are updating the ragexe.exe this week, you MUST close RO completely and patch or you will be disconnected as soon as anyone does anything with fireworks.

What happen to all the buy shops? Was semi inactive for a few weeks and notice they are gone. Is this a bug? We gonna get this fix? Or they taking it out permanently? The buy shops are very useful, u can buy what you want at lower prices.

There was an exploitation that was allowing players to essentially steal money from the buyer. Until kRO fixes it, no buy shops, unless you like being charitable of course xD
