After successfully downloading those stuff from this week's maint, Patch Client normally showed "Patch process complete". But when I clicked "start", Patch Client closed (normally), but RO never showed up/started. :/ I tried it many times but still the same thing happens. This never happened to me befor. :/ What seems to be the problem? Does anyone have the same issue?
Any help or reply will be appreciated. ^^

BTW, I also checked the flowchart (Yay flowchart! XD) and this problem is (amazingly)cited in there, but no solution is offered rather than to post this problem. I really hope someone can help me out quick! :/

If you have a fast connection I would suggesting investing 30 minutes or so to reinstall the client.
