Why have the other 2 stats on the weapon have such a low max roll? 53 Max on second and third stats on the staff is less than the 79 staff. I understand that people make the 85 weapons to have something other than CON (at least sensable people) but why make the stats so sh**ty? You guys fixed HP on the 2 hand weapons. Why can't you fix this so its similar to 79 weapons?

the defense on armor are fix as per the table ? or random and can change if re-roll it ?
