Ya AA is more reliable. But if you are fighting a long side others usually skills hit last. I wanted to be AA at first, but AA seems to have a hard time activating, unless you are completely still. But with movement speed and -4.0m/s, the target isn't going anywhere, so AA may be a lot smarter now.
Lol I don't think an AA commander would wear sword, what does str amount to? Some cad but I think having the damage from axe or bludgeon would be better than having some str, besides bludgeon has cad on it and can have 200 more dmg. Who cares about speed, sparing 1 point is harmless. I think people just think sword looks cool and that's why they wear it. I can understand ss comm for sword but not aa. And who says they die less easy? Explain how that works. A shield isn't easy to afford with a cad ball. That's a lot of +30 things.
All I gotta say is, I heard an AA sword user beat an AA axe user.
Also, Glorious stacks Lightning one of the main crucial elements that people try to up their resistance against. As I said before Glorious stacks a lot of Con and good amounts of CAD. If you wanna go Bludge or Axe for that boost of physical dmg, by all means go for it. Bludge may stack CAD but it gives MP instead of HP.
Im pretty sure you should have a good shield by now, if you don't then toughluck you can always stay in 75 set to keep you from harms way. Try trading something for a +30 cad ball if someone is willing to do so.
Also you shouldn't under estimate swords so much in terms of AA.

or is the duration for all run into the totem-> 1 run out ( skill works) other un in and get the skill too for the duration all in all more people like befor
but if it is a normal totem all run out and wait till totem ends
