Hi guys. I'm posting in a troll thread.
Although it's very easy for this to happen, as long as the Sura is wearing a Bryn, Alice, And Deviling against all 20 Storm blasts while in another room getting something to drink.
Runes need an immediate nerf. Sura's Gates of Hell requires job 38 if you skip all actual useful leveling skills, while Storm Blast only requires job level 4!!! I would suggest putting it at the end of the Ignition Break skill tree, to make it more on par with Sura.
Storm Blast is one of the very few skills RK's can use at low job levels in WOE as the Ignition Break Skill Level 1 Prerequisites are: Sonic Wave Lv. 2, Wind Cutter Lv. 3, Death Bound Lv. 5. And a good RK will get Dragon Training to lvl 5 before getting any Rune Mastery levels as Dragon Training is what effects are aspd early on and up until level 125 leveling a RK is difficult. So up until job 20 that would make us utterly useless in WOE to nerf the one 3rd Class Skill which currently is used in WOE by many RK's that we actually have access too early on. Leveling a Sura is a hell of alot easier than a Rune Knight.
Also in regards to the equipment u mentioned ever think it can still be divested. You can divested still so during your lil walk to another room to get a drink u could be stripped and killed so ur gear argument is invalid.
