Can we please get the effect of this headgear back to the way it was when it was first implemented. Seems unfair that you guys just change 10% damage from boss to demon or at least make the hat at +7 change from 10% damage to demon to boss

Yeah, I was a little disappointed. I got it because it was supposed to give boss damage and I don't PvP but I do MVP a little. At least the proc is nice though. Makes me giggle every time it goes off. Easy max aspd.

I'd say somewhere between 2% and 5% of the time. Sometimes it's back to back, sometimes I get a drought.

I tested sometime with my bishop poking some tatachos weaponless for a constant 63 damage per hit, so each tatacho took 33336HP / 63dmg = 529~ hits. After 10 tatachos or 5300~ hits, Alizel effect activated 43 times. In average, it would be about 0.8% chance to activate, so I would assume that the real rate is close to 1% chance.

The effect activates when using physical skills.(the animation is the same as the berserk potion)

I just wish this hat was slotted. All the other RWC hats have been slotted, and it would have been nice for this hat to have a slot as well, especially if they don't change it to it's original plan of 10% more damage to Demi-human and Boss monsters.

Was looking forward to having that extra headgear slot. -_-

I use it in WoE a lot for breaking, with the desert twilight & sandstorm daggers. They have the same effect, albeit at a lower proc chance.

It's not a RWC Headgear, it's a winner Headgear of the Headgear Contest (Allysia's Headgear Design).

Heim said in the patch note that the 10% Boss Effect wasn't working so it was changed because of this. Maybe...
But I'd be in for a slot too :blaugh:

So if the RKS want to use two-handed sword to kill mvp, we need a rune that gives a similar ability (Hagalaz rune Gives mdef, maybe 50% reduction against magical attacks?)
