From job 1 to job 6: anywhere you can catch reproduce level 5. Probably mobbing with copied claymore trap (you can copy claymore from pitmen) or bowling bash on any of the repeatable quests from eden group, or the turn in of the week.
Then, go copy firetrap, catch a quad malicious(hunterfly), a rideword hat if you have one (some restorative items might be needed if you don't have a rideword), and some deffensive gear like a proper shield and garment...
Your first levels should be a breeze in magma. The mobs are really nice, and even if the nightmares absorb SP, you can counter this by wearing gear a deleter carded armor, which will give you more SP than you need to kill the next mob. However, do bring some strawberries because there might be times nightmares will leave you with zero sp in the middle of a mob... magma might be good even if you are a bit higher level than the monsters because of how mobby it is.
Weekly turn in maps are really nice even if you are not in range for the turn in. With backslide (hotkey /bangbang and /bingbing) your mobbing ability is very hight. Any mobby map in your range is okay.
Eventually, you will be in range for places like abbys lake or scaraba dungeon. Doing the quest to access scaraba dungeon is a must. You will be leveling your last levels here.

Lvl 102? I guess you could try Niffelheim or Thanatos tower the 2nd level ( Death word and Ancient Mimic).
