why are Runestones account bound, should be tradable like the GX new posions

Runestones within The Portal, generated many legendary master pieces, when i first begun my adventure. It's vital importance does evolves Special inventions, an ingredient of many puzzle occurrences. Dividing all fractions, Tradable, Remain-Untradable, and it's understanding can be conquered by hunting it, i agreed with The Merchant Guild, some artifacts are priceless.why are Runestones account bound, should be tradable like the GX new posions

Probably because if they were tradeable then stormblast would be more overused than it already is? Iono!

Because you can only hold so many on a character at a time. How would vending/trading work if you cannot surpass 20 on the receiving end?

Would be more convenient for guild leaders, at least, if they were tradable. Would be able to pass out already-made rune stones instead of supplies to craft them. Even if you'd have to deal them 20 at a time, at least you're not supplying more runes then what's really needed via supplies... if you want to save zeny on the materials for multiple RKs, that is.

It's what i explained the first telegram, but all the way around, including Market Values, Once used in inventions, The Merchant Guild Elite's rulings, and both Networks to obtain the idems.
