Is it allowed and if so how would I do it? Would love to be able to set up a personal shop and play my main or use my main to buff a new char I use

To answer your first question
- There's nothing in the rules that says it isn't allowed.
- The times players have asked GM if it is allowed the GM has remained silent.
- Multi-clienting is allowed in Ragnarok, which also is a game made by Gravity.

It looks as a gray area, we dont know if is allowed or not, but i never saw someone getting banned for that. If you want to be sure, sumbit a ticket to the support center and ask them directly: https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx

Just tried doing it using Proxifier and doing what you said in your sig but it just says it can't find socks.exe when its there in system folder with the rest o:

That's odd! I don't know why it would say that. What is the exact error message?
