Hey guys, was wondering if anyone could answer this one for me, i recently transcended on my Sin after having completed the Kobold TI's last week and i'm currently holding on to them to turn in at a later date.

Now what i wanna know is, what's the minimum level i should get to before turning them in? I know there's some kind of system in place to prevent massive gains of experience from quests at low levels which is why i'm reluctant to turning them in before a certain level.

i think the leveling cap from overflow exp is something like 1.5x the following level, when turning in it does the exp in 2 bursts per quest ti so that it doesn't hit that overflow as often
