I wasted 450 HD elus so far...thats 45$...tired of this...i feel so dumb for buying so many HD elus you have no idea, im never gonna buy anymore, i was expecting at least to go to +8 a couple of time, it went 6 times to +8 with my 450 HD elus..never to +9...and now it dropped to +5..i would have more luck at casino with 45$

Im pretty sure that they have lowered their % chance for the event, its supposed to be 20% chance? to +8 and to +9...nobody can be that unlucky its just plain stupid, w/e, the upgrade system is really dumb...and you can upgrade to +20??? ROFL serisouly...

You can buy a lot of +9 stuff with $45. I never waste my time upgrading items unless it's account bound.

Past Couple weeks I've thrown away 400 HD Elu 2 times for a grand total of 800 HD Elu trying to get one item to +9.

Rates are def. lowered from normal elu.

My general rule is: Unless it's something that's very difficult or expensive to replace, it isn't worth it. The only 2 items I've 9ed with this are a CoD and a Pile Bunker - and the CoD was with the original HD before you had to pre-7 things (and when HWiz still had value to parties).

The CoD I got pretty lucky on, I think it took 15ish ore... again, though that was the original version which I don't think had reduced rates?

The Pile Bunker? It took somewhere around 175 of them I think.

That's HD .. either than happiness or disappointment .. you just break it.
But thing is sir, i'd like to suggest you not to refine things =/ .. its cheaper to buy it from other players .. and also to play safe.

I heard its easier to get items to +9 if u have less HDs on you.. maybe its just luck...

Everyone has their own jinx. The rate is same as regular Elu. Bad luck is just bad luck. Sometime I can even feel the bad luck is sitting next to me >.<
