Bound on acquire items shouldn't exist or at least make them bound to account.

I have Infinite resist item on one toon and would like to transfer it to another toon in the same account, it seems the only way to do this is buy Unbinding xeon twice.

There has to be a better and cheaper way to transfer SvS Items from one toon to another within the same account.

That is a good suggestion reminds me of another online game I played ^.^. I got a bound on account item that I could send that was an armor or a weapon. It started from lvl 1 and scales up stats each time you lvl,so it's a balanced item. It would save the hassle of getting points on each character to get the exact item.
