What is the fastest set up for breaking emps?

Primary to break emps, secondary to damage players.

I heard having the katar with the bonus attack speed with a snake or chick hat is the fastest way.....does this mean dont take luck so you wont crit or what?

Other options happily accepted

Top: Chick Hat
Mid: Filir's Pinions
Bottom: (Any works)
Weapon: +9 Glorious Bloody Roar
Armor: Dragon Vest of Agility Switching (Ancient Mimic)
Robe: Dragon Manteau of Rogue (Bapho Jr)
Shoes: +9 Dull Black Leather Shoes (Odium of Thanatos)
Acc: 2x Atheletic Bradium (Kukre)

This should give you at or almost close to 190 ASPD with 110 base Agi with buffs/awakes/food. Make sure you switch this up to your typical player killing gear when fighting players because you won't last long wearing these around.

Keep in mind that Double Attacks take priority over Crits. So your Luck won't really matter if you're proc'ing Double Attack through ChickHat/SnakeHeadHat.

Does chick hat use the highest lvl of double attack you have?

or should I shoot for a snake hat instead?

It uses level 10 if you've learned level 10 double attack.
