Used to be in zant where you can disassemble gems from jewelry, Can someone tell me where to find ?

The only method to remove a gem from jewelry (or weapon and armor) is by using drills nowadays. either a Destruction Drill (in game drop) or Separation drill and Perfect Separation Drill (Item Mall consumables).
The Destruction Drill will destroy the gem. The Item Mall Separation Drill will degrade the gem upon removal and the Item Mall Perfect Separation Drill will remove the gem keeping it intact. Any of those options will not affect your item, only the gem (i haven't "degem" in ages, so somebody correct me if i am wrong on this part, but i think i am not)
