How am I supposed to submit a ticket if it won't load?
For some reason, when I asked support to tie my very old RO account to my new master account, they didn't link the overflow account that they made when they merged the servers.
Now, I clicked "Submit a Ticket". It's been "connecting for the past 30 minutes. Hasn't even timed out.
This is almost amazing at how the support sucks.
I mean, I've payed almost $600 over the years that RO was p2p and yet I can't even submit a ticket to ask them to do something they should have done in the first place.
Support won't load.
